Now at first glance this might seem like just a normal google search page for windows 7- and in reality it is. But if you look a little closer- you'll most likely see something a little out of place. Still don't see it? Try looking at the last ad in the column of 3 sponsor ads. What you see is Apple's brilliant new advertising strategy playing on their age old nemesis Microsoft. They have always taken pot-shots at Microsoft through their TV ads, but this is a completely different realm in which I can't help but claim is slightly more effective. What better place to put an advertisement than on the turf which will most likely be viewed exclusively by it's target audience- Microsoft users. As a die hard Mac user- all I can do is applaud because it is such a simple and original idea that it leaves one to wonder why many others haven't tried this before. But then again those are the innovations that Apple has always seemed to discover first.
